If you're into using Windows Vista gadgets as well as Windows PowerShell, check out the free PowerShell Gadget. The PowerShell Gadget hosts the PowerShell console window. You can enter commands into the collapsed gadget, or you can click the gadget's PowerShell icon to obtain the full PowerShell console window.
