Looking for help scripting file property change

I work with web servers that run Apache on Windows Server 2003 SP1. When I download the sourcecode from the web, I end up with an unzip directory with subfolders and several hundred files. If I right-click on any of the files and choose properties, at the bottom of the screen I see a new section called "Security" that reads "This file came from another computer and might be blocked to help protect this computer."

Dreading the thought of right-clicking on several hundred files and choosing "Unblock" then "OK" I'm hoping someone might be able to offer some help to script this.

Ideally the script would ask you for the parent directly and remove this option for all files and subfolders.

    TIA.
